April was a rewarding month with presentations, meetings, and many meaningful moments. Nursing Home Without Walls (NHWW) Tantramar was delighted to welcome representatives from British Columbia and Ontario to the Drew, as they prepare to bring our New Brunswick-grown NHWW program to their own communities!
Visitors from the Pacific Northwest Division of Family Practice are leading the NHWW pilot in BC. Advantage Ontario is spearheading the pilot in their province, with three sites already identified. Our guests appreciated the opportunity to connect, learn, and experience firsthand the impactful work happening across our province, thanks to NHWW. We’re excited to see how our program continues to grow and evolve across the country!
This past Friday, we also had the pleasure of hosting several NHWW teams from the Southeastern district for our regional meeting (pictured). It was a productive and inspiring day of learning and connecting. Together, we strengthened our collective commitment to support the communities we serve.
We look forward to continuing the important work of empowering aging in place in Tantramar and beyond.
